- Even the products released from DAN ONLINE have different release dates, so they may be delivered separately.
- The delivery of products delivered by the supplier may be delayed for 1 ~ 2 days because the supplier has a separate shipping place.
- Depending on the country may require separate shipping and return costs
- The delivery costs of products vary depending on the supplier's policy, and delivery is not available on public national holidays and holidays.

- Exchange / return delivery cost by simple change of mind such as size, color exchange, etc. other than product defects should be borne by the customer, and free delivery products require round trip delivery costs (In accordance with Article 17 (9) the act on the consumer protection in the electronic commerce transactions etc. (withdrawal of subscription, etc.), when the customer withdraws subscription due to his/her circumstances, the delivery fee should be borne by the customer
- After payment is completed, you can apply for the exchange before the delivery, please contact us through the bulletin board or customer center.

- Please understand that your order may be canceled due to lack of stock after order completion.
- If your order status is in preparation, the product may have been already delivered or wrapped it and direct processing is impossible, so please contact us through the Customer Center.
- Return / exchange are limited to unused products and apply for them within 7 days after delivery.
- Random returns are not accepted. Please make sure to apply through the Customer Center or the "MY DAN> Exchange/ Refund Menu.
- In the case of defective items and wrong delivery, you can get exchanged/ returned goods with no delivery fee, but the color difference of monitor, fit and personal preference of the size are not the reasons of defective products.
- Cancellation / exchange / return requests may be restricted for food, cosmetics, home appliances, furniture, etc.
- Return / Exchange is not possible when if the box or tag of the product or product has been removed
- If the product is damaged or changed due to the customer’s carelessness, it cannot be returned or exchanged
- If the cancellation / return payment refund is delayed, the refund delay processing will proceed in accordance with the E-Commerce Act.
